1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1. The Chair welcomed Members and members of the public to the meeting.
2 Holiday Caravan Sites (Wales) Bill: Stage 1 - Evidence session 1 Darren Millar AM
2.1. The Committee received evidence from Darren Millar AM, Member in charge, and his officials.
2.2. Darren Millar AM agreed to provide a note in relation to opportunities for consumer protection that could arise from the Bill.

3.1. Members noted the correspondence from Newport City Council library.
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 (vi) to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business: item 5

5.1. The Committee discussed the evidence received in the first evidence session on the Holiday Caravan Sites (Wales) Bill.
5.2. The Committee agreed to write to Darren Millar AM on the following:
outstanding questions that it did not get an opportunity to ask within the time available;
points that were raised during the meeting which it would like further clarification on.
